Vaux-Le-Vicomte
The Château of Vaux-le-Vicomte is a classic French chateau
located in Maincy, near Melun, at 55 km southeast of Paris. It was
built at the request of Nicolas Fouquet,
Marquis de Belle Isle. The Chateau was constructed betwen 1658 to 1661. Charles LE BRUN, Louis LE VAU
and André LE NOTRE collaborated on the creation of this masterpiece.
